No bank feeds yet
Kelpie doesn’t connect to your bank. You download a statement — the PDF your bank already gives you, or a CSV or OFX export — and drop it in. Feeds are on the way, and nothing you do now has to be redone when they land.
No payroll
Kelpie keeps your staff’s rosters, timesheets and documents, and hands you their hours — but it doesn’t work out wages, tax or super. You’ll need a payroll app alongside it for that.
Kelpie prepares, you lodge
It works out your BAS and your figures and has them ready to go. It’s software, not a registered tax agent, and it will tell you when a question is one for your accountant.
It drafts, you approve
Kelpie never changes your books on its own. Everything it works out is a suggestion until you confirm it, and the ledger records who approved what.
